A room is not a business, and a business is not a legal entity. Keeping them distinct helps avoid duplicated accounts, disconnected calendars and excessive access.

Start with the right structure

Keep legal identity in the Organization. Create a Business for each public operating identity, then its locations. An online class can have a dedicated location. Customer rights and finances remain within their Business scope.

Identify shared resources

List teachers, rooms and equipment within the Business. Define recurring availability and exceptions. Preview plan changes to identify incompatible allocations before applying them.

Define who decides

Grant each team the access it needs. Decide who approves replacements and follows up with affected customers. Switching navigation context never replaces server-side access checks.

Review a representative week

Check opening days, simultaneous classes, holidays and daylight saving changes. Keep past sessions intact and consider booked customers when changing future sessions.
