Terms of use and subscription

The rules for using INSOLA, managing your business and understanding your subscription.

Draft document

This initial text is being finalised. The operator’s complete legal details and certain contractual provisions must be completed and reviewed before adoption. It does not replace terms already accepted for an order or subscription.

1. What these terms cover

The operator’s identity has yet to be provided.

To complete before adoption: full legal identity, business address and applicable registration details.

INSOLA provides a public website and a platform for tasks such as organising schedules, publishing offers, managing bookings, selling products and monitoring business activity. The rules of use apply to visitors and account holders. The subscription provisions concern organisations and people using INSOLA for their professional activities.

An organisation can manage several Businesses, locations and teams. INSOLA subscriptions are separate from the classes, services, passes, customer memberships and products offered by Businesses. For those purchases, refer to the seller’s identity and the terms provided with the offer and during ordering.

2. Your account and access to your organisation

You provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You protect your login credentials and promptly report suspicious access. If you create or manage an account for an organisation, you must be authorised to act on its behalf and make the corresponding commitments.

Organisation administrators assign the roles and access each team member needs. They review these when an assignment ends or someone leaves the organisation. Having a subscription does not remove the need for the appropriate permissions to view information or carry out an action.

3. Respectful and safe use

You use INSOLA in compliance with applicable laws and other people’s rights. You do not publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content, or use the service for fraud, harassment or unsolicited communications.

You do not attempt to access another user’s data without permission, bypass access controls or usage limits, or disrupt the service. The same rules apply to the API and integrations. Report vulnerabilities or problematic content to the INSOLA team.

4. Business offers and responsibilities

A Business publishing an offer must have the authorisations required for its activity and provide accurate information about services, products, availability and prices. It specifies the booking, performance, delivery, cancellation, return and refund terms that apply to its customers, together with information and guarantees required by law.

INSOLA tools help a Business manage its activity. They do not replace checking its professional, accounting or tax obligations. The Business checks imported data, outgoing messages and issued documents. It ensures it has the necessary rights and grounds to use its customers’ data and send them communications.

5. Plans and usage limits

Free has no monthly subscription fee and includes an INSOLA commission on applicable payments. Grow provides the same core business features, with a monthly subscription, a lower commission and additional benefits, including higher quotas, advanced analytics and white labelling on eligible surfaces. Network is subject to specific terms tailored to the project.

Multiple Businesses, locations and teams are available from Free. Limits mainly concern resources with a usage cost: AI, marketing emails, storage, media processing and the API. Reaching a limit affects the corresponding resource; it does not turn other business features into paid add-ons.

The Pricing page presents public rates and usage limits. The summary shown before you confirm specifies the plan, options, amounts, taxes and terms applicable to your request. A change to public pricing does not rewrite an order or agreement already accepted.

6. Billing and payments

Depending on your chosen plan, INSOLA fees include a subscription, a commission and any options you expressly select. Payment processing fees charged by the provider are separate. Applicable taxes are added at checkout to amounts shown excluding tax; the summary states the amount due.

Stripe handles payments for INSOLA subscriptions. You provide accurate billing details, including your organisation’s address and, where applicable, tax identifiers. Recurring subscriptions renew at the frequency and under the terms presented when subscribing, until cancellation takes effect.

Payment preparation, a Checkout link or a return to INSOLA does not by itself confirm a successful payment. Paid access depends on payment confirmation and subscription status. If a request remains pending or encounters an error, use its recovery flow or contact support before starting another subscription request.

7. Changing plans or ending a subscription

Available actions and their effective dates are shown in your organisation’s billing area. Scheduled changes take effect at the stated renewal date. Where an immediate upgrade is offered, any prorated amount must be presented and accepted; new paid access is activated after payment confirmation.

Cancellation at the end of a period stops renewal on the stated date. Access for the period already paid remains available until its end, subject to legally applicable restrictions. Cancelling a subscription does not delete the account, its data or bookings already made with a Business.

Before closing your organisation, check outstanding bookings and orders and retrieve the information you need using the available exports. Refund arrangements, any applicable withdrawal rights and the terms for retaining or returning data must be specified in the final contractual version. This draft does not exclude any mandatory rights that apply.

8. Your content and intellectual property

You retain your rights to the content you add to INSOLA. You must have the necessary rights to publish text, images, videos, brands and other materials used in your pages and offers, and to import the relevant data.

To provide the features you choose, INSOLA needs to host, process and display this content according to your publishing and sharing settings. INSOLA’s software, brand and original works are not transferred with a subscription. White labelling allows the INSOLA signature to be hidden on eligible surfaces; it does not transfer intellectual property rights.

9. Availability, automations and AI

The service also depends on networks, payment providers and the integrations you enable. Maintenance, incidents or a provider outage may affect certain features. This draft does not establish a guaranteed uptime or response time.

You check automation settings and AI assistant suggestions before giving any requested approval. Generated answers can be inaccurate and do not replace human review appropriate to the decision. Detailed liability, suspension and remedy provisions remain to be finalised; this draft does not establish a general exclusion of liability.

10. Privacy and personal data

The website privacy policy explains processing relating to public pages, demonstrations, contact requests and your audience measurement choices. Reading or accepting terms of use does not constitute consent to audience measurement or optional marketing communications.

The processing of business data entrusted to INSOLA by an organisation must be described in the information and agreements applicable to that relationship. The public website policy does not replace those documents or the information each Business must provide to its own customers.

11. Support, complaints and changes to this document

For questions about INSOLA or your subscription, contact our team with your organisation and, if available, the relevant request reference. Do not send passwords or payment card details. For a service or product purchased from a Business, contact the seller identified on your order.

This version has a shared date and reference in French and English. The final contractual version must specify how changes to the terms, dispute resolution and, where applicable, mediation will be handled. This draft does not designate a court or require anyone to waive a remedy.
