The product in practice

Reconcile the migration

Follow imported records and compare the source data with the result.

Maison Sol · fictional data. No real payments, emails, AI calls, imports or electronic transmissions.

Preserve source references

Keep stable identifiers and export dates from CSV / Excel. References between customers, services, sessions and bookings must be reconcilable. Do not assume a name uniquely identifies a person or class.

Test the mappings

Select the source and prepare mappings in the authenticated workflow. Dataset availability depends on your exports and source account permissions. The report highlights invalid rows and missing references.

Check balances and cutover

Compare remaining credits and future bookings before publishing the schedule. Arrange subscription payment continuity separately. Retain an original export and the reconciliation report.

Practical questions

Is a valid file imported immediately?

No. After upload and mapping, review errors and the simulation report. Application requires confirmation and an up-to-date simulation. Then reconcile the created data with the references in your files.
