Practical guide

Prepare your migration, one checked step at a time.

Agree on a cutover date, an owner and a review period before importing. A dry run should reveal missing information before operational data changes.

1. Inventory critical data

List customers, teachers, locations, services, schedules, future bookings, remaining credits and subscriptions. Record source identifiers, export dates and expected deduplication rules. Keep original exports access-restricted.

2. Check format-sensitive values

Review time zones, expiry dates, currencies and monetary precision. Separate initial credits from remaining credits. A consent column without provenance is not evidence of consent.

3. Simulate and resolve conflicts

Map columns to the target model. Review missing references, duplicates and invalid times. Have someone familiar with the customers and schedule approve the decisions.

4. Reconcile after import

Compare totals per dataset and a sample of records. Pay particular attention to pass balances and future bookings. Do not close the old tool before validating the migration and arranging recurring payment continuity.

Practical questions

Can I send a customer file through the contact form?

No. The form is for project planning. Use only the authenticated import workspace for customer data.
